Mark Rogers
Senior Pastor
Mark and Pam Rogers serve as the Lead Pastors of Cross Community Church in Borger, Texas. With a deep love for God’s Word and a strong calling to shepherd people, they are passionate about building a church that is rooted in truth, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and focused on reaching the lost.
Mark Rogers was ordained in 2020 and has faithfully served in various leadership roles within the church for over 20 years. His ministry is marked by a deep commitment to revival, a heart for the broken, and a bold proclamation of the Gospel that brings transformation to individuals, families, and communities.
Mark and Pam have been married for over 27 years and have dedicated their lives to serving God and others. Their shared passion is to see God move in the hearts of people and to witness lives restored and healed by the power of Jesus Christ.
Whether preaching on Sunday, praying with someone during the week, or leading community outreach, they serve with compassion, humility.

Pam Rogers
First Lady
Pam Rogers serves as the First Lady of Cross Community Church, standing faithfully beside her husband, Pastor Mark Rogers. With a heart devoted to the Lord and a deep love for people, she plays a vital role in the life and ministry of the church.
Pam is actively involved in many areas, including children's ministry, women’s ministry, and providing spiritual encouragement and support throughout the congregation. Whether she's teaching a class, leading prayer, or ministering one-on-one, Pam serves with compassion, humility, and strength.
She and Pastor Mark have been married for over 27 years and are the proud parents of two sons. Pam’s life is a testimony of grace, faithfulness, and the power of Christ to restore and renew. She is deeply committed to seeing lives healed and transformed by the love of Jesus.
